Orders delivery and payment
If all items ordered are in stock, orders will be dispatched the same day the order is confirmed or the next business day. Delivery is carried out by the transport companies Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or MeestExpress (Nova Poshta by default, if you need another delivery option add the comment to the order and specify the preferred postal service and the index of the post office or the parcel terminal).
The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer according to the tariffs of the courier service. For orders amounting to more than 1000 UAH delivery by Ukrposhta Standard is free. For orders amounting to more than 2000 UAH delivery by Nova Poshta is free.
In Kyiv, self-pickup of goods is possible from our office in Kyiv, (the area of the metro station Livoberezhna). Please call ahead of your visit and make an appointment.
The cost of all goods depends on the current USD exchange rate, currency conversion is carried out at the commercial currency purchase rate. To view the price in UAH, you need to switch the currency in the upper right corner of the website. You can pay for the order using Monobank card transfer, transfer to a company bank account (to issue an invoice, write the company name and VAT code in the comments to the order) or by cash on delivery (additional commission for the transfer is approximately 2% + 20 UAH for Nova Poshta and 2% + 10 UAH for Ukrposhta). We send COD parcels without prepayment.
Attention! Due to Russia's military invasion of the territory of Ukraine, the delivery time for parcels has increased. For the same reason, we are currently unable to ship goods via DHL, EMS, FedEx and don’t ship to Russia and Belorussia.
All orders that are placed on this site are sent from our warehouse from Ukraine. To deliver parcels abroad, we cooperate with Ukrposhta - this is the Ukrainian national postal operator.
Orders are shipped after upfront payment in full. Shipment takes up to 7 working days. Please note that if the parcel’s assessed value exceeds the tax threshold, extra duties might be imposed on the parcel when being imported into the country of destination. Below you can see the import tax threshold in some countries (the information might be outdated):

- European Union - 0 EUR
- Australia - 1000 AUD
- Mexico - 50 USD
- Brazil – 0 USD
The parcel will be delivered to the post office whose zip code you specified while placing the order. Some countries deliver parcels to the customer's door. Parcels are normally delivered within 10-20 working days. In some cases, delivery might take longer. You can check average actual delivery terms for international parcels here. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee your parcel will be delivered within the given time slot, but we’ll do our best to ship the parcel as soon as possible and ensure the safety of goods using high quality packaging. All international orders are shipped only after full prepayment. Postal services do not provide the ability to send parcels abroad by cash on delivery. At the moment, the most common payment methods for orders are:
Each of the payment methods above can be made online via a bank card in any currency. The money transfer fee is paid by a customer, the commission rate varies depending on the money transfer system, the amount of money and the country you’re sending from. To calculate the commission, go to the given online payment system webpage and fill in your data. Normally, the money transfer is immediately available to the recipient. However, in some cases it takes 1-2 working days.
