Warranty and return of goods

We are constantly working on improving the quality of our products, thus the images may slightly differ from the actual product, while the declared characteristics and functionality are maintained.

If you received the wrong or bad quality item,  the wrong quantity, we will compensate for the cost of the item returning from the post office or send the missing items at our own expense.

If the new product does not suit you and there are no signs of use (the presentation is preserved), you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, the shipping cost is covered by the customer. The goods can be returned by "Nova Poshta" or "Ukrposhta", please be sure to contact us before sending. We do not require a warranty card or payment confirmation documents, it is enough to indicate the number of the order or contact details of the customer.
