ExaPen User Manual - 5. OTA firmware update

This menu provides the information about current firmware version and MCU temperature.

A long press of the ⬤ button changes screen orientation between 0 and 180 degrees. The setting is stored in the internal memory.

The ExaPen OTA firmware update manual is below: 

1. Download the latest firmware binary (1.5.2) using the link
2. Press and hold the middle button of the ExaPen, power it ON, and wait until the OTA window appears. ExaPen hotspot will be created.

3. Connect to the ExaPen hotspot with a PC or mobile phone. The password is 12341234
4. Open any web browser and enter 10.10.10.1/update

5. Choose the downloaded firmware and press Update button

6. The progress bar will start filling

7. After reaching 100%, the ExaPen will automatically reboot to the main menu.
